Who is the Bluedragon Store?

Bluedragon Store is a gaming company that is dedicated to providing a great shopping experience for buying Magic: the Gathering cards.

We focus on providing a full stock of MTG Standard Singles and MTG Complete Sets so that you can pick up everything you need for your next deck in one place. We are experienced and have been selling MTG Sealed Sets and Single for over 10 years.

 How does shipping for MTG singles work?

Shipping for singles below $20 are $0.99. Shipping for singles over $20 are Free. Orders greater than $20 will be packed in a bubble mailer and have tracking provided for your package.

All orders are shipped in a sleeve, top loader, and secured properly to make sure your cards get to you in the condition that you ordered them.

Singles are shipped same or next business day (Monday-Saturday). We know how important it is for you to get your cards before your next event, gathering, or just to get that fresh cardboard smell.

Do you have any purchasing limits for MTG Singles?

Yes, we currently limit our singles to no more than 8 copies per card per customer. If you order more than this of any individual card your order may be canceled or refunded down to the 8 per card limit. Limits exclude basic lands and other special items that do not have an in game per deck limit.

Do you ship MTG Singles Internationally?

We are currently shipping MTG Singles to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom

International Shipping starts at $12.99 for singles orders less than 50 Cards.
Orders over 50 Cards are $13.99.
Orders over 200 Cards are $15.99.

You will be required to pay customs and VAT if your country charges them on orders greater than $15 that are ordered from our website. It is against Federal Law to misrepresent the value or Gift merchandise on Customs forms so we cannot put any other value on your order other than what you paid. Please check with your local customs office to determine what your customs charges will be.

Please Contact us. We will find a solution that makes you happy. Getting your cards to you safely and quickly is very important to us. 

What is a Complete Set?

A Complete set is 1 of each card in a set. They come in ether non-foil or all-foil packages. They are shrink-wrapped directly from the manufacturer and all of the cards are in brand new unplayed condition. They are a great way to build a comprehensive collection for Standard Competitive play, Casual Constructed, Full Set Collecting, or adding a wide range of new editions to your Commander Arsenal.

Why are your orders for Complete Sets only processed on Monday nights?

All of our sets come from Magic Online's redemption program. The sets are pulled from our online accounts during the weekly Processing Time early on Tuesday mornings and Wizards of the Coast sends out a physical set to your address. Your orders must be place Monday night before 6:00 PM (UTC-08:00) Pacific Time to ensure that we have time to build them and process the order in time for it to be included in our weekly shipments.

Shipping directly from the manufacturer saves you shipping time and allows us to provide free shipping. It also ensures that you get a genuine sealed Complete Set.

How long will it take to get my Complete Set order?

Shipping time from the Monday after your order is processed is 3 to 5 weeks. Most orders within the US will take about 1 week to get to you after being processed. However during busy shipping periods some some sets can take the full 3 weeks or longer to arrive.

Where do you ship MTG Complete Sets?

Complete Sets are currently shipped to the United States and the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom

International shipping rates and Taxes will be applied. Our shipping rates are outlined below and do NOT include Customs or Import Taxes. You will need to contact your local customs office to determine your Import Fees.

Do you ship your Complete Sets Internationally?

If you are an international customer we suggest you checkout out our eBay store here. Complete Sets are processed through eBay are shipped internationally through eBay's global shipping program. Your shipping and import costs will be calculated automatically.

These prices do not include Customs. Typically you will be required to pay customs on your International order if it is over $20. Please check with your local customs and tax laws before placing your order.

How long will it take to get my International Complete Set order?

International orders must first be shipped domestically to our shipping center (3-5 weeks) Please allow an additional 1-3 weeks for international shipping for a total of 4-8 weeks.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes. Tracking will be provided usually on the Friday after your order has been processed.

Do you accept returns?

Return Policy for MTG Singles:

Due to the volatile nature of the singles market; We do not accept general returns on single cards. However, there are two exceptions to this policy.

1) If you are not satisfied with the condition of any single cards you have received, simply contact us at sales@bluedragonstoremtg.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will either issue you a partial refund or ask that you return the item for a replacement or full refund. If the condition of the card is in question or the item has been damaged in transit and the Seller requests it to be returned, it is the Seller’s responsibility to supply the Buyer with a pre-paid method of return for the merchandise. Once the Seller receives the returned merchandise (in the same condition it was sent) they will either exchange the item(s) or provide a full refund depending on your preference. Please be aware that this does not apply to individual cards listed as being in "MP" (Moderately Played), "HP" (Heavily Played) or “Damaged” condition.

2) All orders are checked for accuracy before being shipped, but it is still possible for mistakes to happen. If you have accidentally received item(s) that you did not order or items you ordered are missing, simply contact us at sales@bluedragonstoremtg.com within 48 hours of receipt. It is the Seller’s responsibility to supply the Buyer with a pre-paid method of return for the merchandise or to reship any missing items. Once we receive the returned merchandise, in the same condition it was sent, we will issue you a full refund.

Return Policy for MTG Complete Sets:

Returns for unopened undamaged Complete sets will be accepted on a case by case basis. You will need to contact us and pay return shipping to our address.

If you believe there is a printing error or some other similar error from the manufacturer, please contact us at sales@bluedragonstoremtg.com and we will work with you to resolve the problem to replace any problem cards.

If the complete set is missing cards that should have been included the missing cards will be sent to you. If the set is damaged the entire set will need to be shipped back to the manufacturer. Once they have received the return they will then send you a replacement. Your shipping costs may or May not be covered with Sealed Magic Product.
